OUR POLICIES


Get Yarded strictly adheres to the following policies regarding reservations, payment and refunds. Placing an order with Get Yarded confirms your agreement with all policies stated below. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@getyarded.com.

Reservations

  • Yard greetings are installed after 8:00 PM, and picked up the following evening after 8:00 PM.

  • If any yard greeting items are missing or damaged a fee will be assessed and invoiced.

  • In order to ensure everyone’s safety, do not allow anyone to play around the yard greeting. Our yard greetings will not support weight of a person.

  • Please do not move or touch the yard greeting.

  • Please do not harm or vandalize the yard greeting in any way.

  • Please shield our yard greeting from any external damage such as yard equipment or dogs.

  • Please do not attach any items to our yard greetings including balloons or additional signs.

  • If you have a yard service that comes weekly, please schedule them to arrive prior to your Get Yarded setup time.

  • You are welcome to pose near the yard greeting for photographs of your celebration.

  • Get Yarded LLC is not liable or responsible for any injury or damage that may be caused to personal property or an individual during the setup or removal of your yard greeting.

  • The yard at the installation address must be watered 24 hours in advance to ensure proper setup.


Payment

  • Payment is required as soon as your rental reservation request is confirmed.

  • Accepted payment methods are credit card, check and cash.

  • Payment must be received prior to your reservation date.


Refunds

  • If a rental must be cancelled, you can elect to receive a refund for 50% of your total rental fee or you may receive a gift certificate for the full amount to use at a later date.

  • If severe weather occurs, our teams may not be able to setup your yard greeting at the designated time. Severe weather includes heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightening, high winds, hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to a customer providing an incorrect address.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to the recipient or homeowner requesting us to remove the yard greeting.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to being denied access to a gated community.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.
